As you can see from the wedding photo, this is one of the most picturesque and private locations on the island.   Furthermore, it is located next to the Kahala Resort, a great place to go for drinks or dinner.  You can literally walk from the beach to the resort.

 

          4) Makapuu Beach

Further along down along the southeast side, this Oahu Beach Wedding Venue is perfect for a small intimate wedding.  It is defined by rugged beautiful mountains and cliffs surrounding the beach at this oceanfront cove venue.  The unique shoreline has many small tide pools of lava rock.  Because of this, it’s a popular site. Makapuu Lighthouse also has a small island just off the coast which makes for a spectacular and stunning backdrop.  So, it’s just 30 minutes from Waikiki, definitely consider Makapuu.
